We started from scratch on this lovely home, turning an inefficient and poorly constructed outdoor space into a homey retreat with lots of room for cooking and entertaining. One highlight is the addition of an outdoor kitchen and bar, making summer entertaining a breeze. A raised cascading terrace leads to a gas fire pit/seat wall combination for hours of relaxing family time. To add additional visual interest, we chose house stone veneer for all the structures and New York bluestone for the floor, resulting in a multi-textured look. The stone columns are complete with lighting. Overall, this design is a great example of how homeowners can transform a plain back yard into a stunning showpiece.
