Living Room Addition - Winnetka, IL

Our clients came to us with a desire to add to their already beautiful pool and backyard. They wanted a more graceful and visually pleasing transition to their pool. We decided to raise the entire cooking and entertaining terrace above the grade of the pool by approximately two feet. By elevating the space, it not only creates an attractive view of the expansive yard and pool, but it also provides a nice transitional Outdoor Living Room. In addition to the room that was created, we made sure to expand the lower terrace to scale and provide more plantings in appropriate locations.
